As a
board certified nutritionist and health counselor and
registered yoga teacher, Holly supports busy people in
learning how to eat healthy and take extremely good care of
themselves to feel and look their best. Her holistic
approach emphasizes a balance between all things that may
feed us in addition to food; supporting clients in such
areas as cravings, fatigue, digestive disorders, healthy
eating on the go, physical activity and body image/eating
disorders. She is also a speaker on nutrition, health
promotion and work/life balance.
Some
history on Holly… after ascending the corporate ladder to
Vice Presidency of a financial institution, running her
first marathon, appearing on the cover of Runner’s World,
and jumping out of airplanes, she diagnosed herself as a
“chemicalized” food junkie, consuming all of the newest
inventions that showed up on the shelves promising high
performance and lasting energy.
Ultimately, the inclusion of basic mind/body principles,
wholesome foods and natural health were the catalyst for
her, resulting in a deeper affection for human life and the
environment. Surrounded by the headlines of our country’s
declining health and witnessing the toll of daily stress on
individuals and families, she decided to pursue this
important issue further.
