Turning Point Wellness Program

By meeting with our nutritionist bi-weekly over a period of 3 months, you will receive the ongoing support to resolve concerns specific to you and your body and create lifelong healthy habits.

Conventional dietary theories present you with food restrictions and limitations that are difficult to sustain over time. Together, we will introduce new and healthful foods and activities, gently and slowly. DIETARY EVALUATION & MAKEOVER

Two 90-minute visits to evaluate and redefine your diet.  After logging six days of your dietary intake and any general health concerns, Holly will review your diet in detail and have suggestions for how to re-invent, re-inform and revitalize your nutritional life.
